Patch 1.07 fixes the following glitches (Still in process...)
● 1887s Balanced
● Public "private" Match fix
● Infinite Ammo fix
● Prestige Hack on PS3 fix
● Texture Hack on PC fix (eliminates any edits to IWD files also).

Publishers need to tell their investors what platforms they think will succeed, and Activision CEO Mike Griffith did exactly that during the company's Q3 earnings conference call. According to Griffith, he believes the Xbox 360 will grow an additional 6-7 million units for the calendar year. However, he believes the PS3 will grow by 8 million. Sure, it's not a tremendous victory, but it shows that publishers are confident that Sony will chip away at Xbox 360's one year headstart in this console generation.

While this is good news for Sony, one can't help but be amazed by the incredible growth Nintendo will continue to experience. According to Griffith, another 15 million people will be added into the Wii family. Sega has announced the Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection, which is heading to the PS3 in early 2009. The collection will contain over 40 classic Sega titles from the Mega Drive and Master System. Highlights include many Sonic titles, Golden Axe, Altered Beast, Shining Force and many others. We've placed the full list of games after the break for your perusal.

While many of you will have already played these games (many times), be it on the Gamecube, PSP, PS2 or on the original consoles, the Ultimate Collection will apparently output all titles at 720p. We're not sure exactly how these old games will look in high definition, but this will be the largest collection of Sega titles ever released together. For those of you that missed many of these titles throughout the years, this is the perfect opportunity to try some Sega classics for the first time.
